Each year coordinators and professionals from six respective countries meet for two-day conference to share knowledge and learn from the best specialists in the field. Topics undertaken during the conference highly correspond with the theme of the year of the project. The coordinators participate also in the ISPCAN conferences taking place in Europe. Those biggest meetings gathering the professionals working in the field of the problem of child abuse and neglect are the source of knowledge and good practices for organizations taking part in the project.

8th International Conference Helping Children-Victims of Crime in Poland

8th International Conference „Helping Children-Victims of Crime" is organized by Nobody's Children Foundation, the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Social Policy of Warsaw's City Hall. It is also one of the events accompanying Polish Presidency in the Council of the European Union. The conference will take place on 24th-25th October 2011 in Warsaw.

International conference on the child-victim of crime in Lithuania

Children Support Centre organized an international conference "Child - victim of abuse: multidisciplinary attitude and international experience" on the 24th May in Vilnius, Lithuania. 150 specialists from Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine and Bulgaria working in legal, child protection, social, psychological help fields participated in the conference.

The 7th conference on helping children-victims of crime in Poland

The 7th national conference “Helping children- victims of crime” took place in Warsaw on the 25-26 October 2010. It was organized by NCF, Ministry of Justice and the City Council of Warsaw. More than 600 professionals from Poland, especially psychologists and judges, but also prosecutors, policemen, social workers, representatives of the NGOs were participating in the conference. International guests like Elzbieta Britz and Bengt Soderstrom had their lectures on the therapy of a sexually abused child. During the conference 3 polish Friendly Interviewing Rooms were awarded with the certificates.
