Nobody's Children Foundation published the comparative report from six European countries (Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine) regarding the problem of child abuse. The goal of the study was to assess attitudes towards child abuse and corporal punishment as well as parental practices in six countries participating in the project "Childhood without Abuse: Towards a Better Child Protection System in Eastern Europe" financed by OAK Foundations .

The campaign was launched on the 4th of April, 2013 at Dardedze's center. As it was also the day of their 12th anniversary, Dardedze invited the professionals from numerous municipalities in Latvia and introduced them to the newly launched campaign "Traditions that should not be passed on".

"Stulbenis - Words Hurt for a Lifetime" campaign's launch event took place on the 30th of September 2013 at the shopping mall "Riga Plaza", where a press conference was held with participation of the Minister of Welfare Ms.Ilze Vinkele, head of the children's rights inspectorate Ms. Laila Rieksta-Riekstina and a representative of Dardedze's partner crisis centre in Talsi. For this event a "wall of bad words" was created, and during the launching event the people passing by were invited to write a positive word and cover the bad word on a wall with the positive word they could call a child instead of a "moron".

Social Activities and Practices Institute launches a Call for Proposals for a small project for the establishment of Resilience Resource Center in Moldova and Latvia, in order to support deinstitutionalisation.
