The Romanian Foundation for Children, Community and Family (FRCCF) is one of the most important nongovernmental organizations focused on child protection in Romania. The Romanian Foundation for Children, Community and Family helps disadvantaged children through charity programmes run in Transylvania. FRCCF involves the family, the community and the State in supporting these children so that their rights are respected and their needs met.

Livada is the Romanian word for orchard. It serves as a symbol of the type of care that every orphan needs and Livada Orphan Care wants to give - nurturing Romanian orphans to bear fruits that will last.

Foundation COTE exists as part of Children on the Edge, an international children's charity that works for orphaned, marginalized and vulnerable children around the world, regardless of their country's political, economic or social system.
